Update 1.1.10: Wall particles, bug fixes

Haven't had quite as much time the past couple of days. Regardless:
- turned up ammo pickup life by a couple seconds
- turned down ammo amount given
- added a hard visibility check to ai code to prevent anything from shooting if its not on screen
- added wall particles that spray off when hit with a bullet or laser
- added back the out of ammo noise
- staggered some calculation timers to give more consistent framerate
- fixed a typo in the controls
- changed over to a compiled executable rather than an interpreted one, for additional speed.
