Update: New weapons, threat indication

added an indicator for off-screen engaging enemies
added two new weapons
turned off phy_bullet for now
artifacts show their effect when near them, not just when picked up
fixed some bullets not being destroyed properly
implemented an ugly hack to make sure the player can't go outside the view in some rare circumstances
added a sound for dodging a bullet
chests now have to be a certain distance away from eachother
