Update: New weapons, threat indication

- added an indicator for off-screen engaging enemies
- added two new weapons
- turned off phy_bullet for now
- artifacts show their effect when near them, not just when picked up
- fixed some bullets not being destroyed properly
- implemented an ugly hack to make sure the player can't go outside the view in some rare circumstances
- added a sound for dodging a bullet
- chests now have to be a certain distance away from eachother
