Update: Playable!

We've added health pickups and upped the ammo rate to make things a bit more playable. It's still pretty tough to get to the last floor without running out of ammo, but progress nonetheless. Health pickups drop at a set rate if you are not at full health. Ammo pickups now give a random small amount of ammo.
