Update 0.1.9: Particles, Camera code overhaul

- added another type of chest, the yellow chest, that only has artifacts in it. blue chests now only have weapons in them.
- lasers are now drawn on the minimap
- particles effects added for enemy / player blood sprays and player bullet trails
- significant changes to the camera code, now uses luftrausers-esque interpolated view centering and zooming based upon how many enemies are how close to you and how much of a threat they currently are. this consumed most of the days time.
- made chests always appear on the map, and change color once opened. also, made their dots larger.
- changed out the yellow laser sound effect
- gave enemies a death noise that I'm really not happy with
- fixed the screen flash on dash bug
